It was the first international series of 2023 where Bahrain played against 7 other nations in the ACC Challenger Cup in Thailand.
The teams were divided into two groups with the top team qualifying for the Premier Cup.
Bahrain played and successfully defeated Bhutan, Maldives and Iran and met Saudi Arabia in the finals.
And while Bahrain may have lost in the finals but there were several performances throughout the series that were noteworthy including a couple of tons, here is a look at Bahrain’s journey in the tournament.
