ACC President Visits Bahrain

The Asian Cricket Council President made a historic visit to Bahrain this week, meeting with BCF officials and touring the national cricket facilities. The visit underscores Bahrain growing stature in the regional cricket landscape.

During the visit, the ACC President was briefed on Bahrain cricket development initiatives, including the planned new cricket academy in Riffa and the expansion of domestic league competitions. The delegation also watched a training session of the national team at the Bahrain National Cricket Stadium.

BCF President presented the ACC President with a commemorative jersey and highlighted the federation plans for the coming years, including bid to host future ACC events. The ACC President praised Bahrain efforts in developing cricket at the grassroots level and expressed support for the country cricket ambitions.

The visit concluded with a meeting at the BCF headquarters where both parties discussed potential collaboration on coaching development programs and infrastructure projects that could benefit cricket across the region.
